Bee Authentic fundraisers are perfect for any organization that wants to raise money by offering products that people will actually use – and won't end up in a landfill! We are a family company, with kids of our own, so we are no strangers to fundraising and the challenges and successes that come along with it. Whether you are part of a youth group, a booster club or a PTA/PTO, we have put together products that will make your organization money, and equally important – you can be proud to offer. We do all this while maintaining our pledge to only provide products that are natural, organic and made in the USA. This is important to us and our community; as we strive to support the small businesses that make this country great, balanced with a sincere appreciation for the natural beauty all around us.
1. Create Your Fundraiser
Choose one, an assortment, or all of our natural and organic products for your fundraiser from the Product Catalog below. Private labeling for your organization is available on all products with the exception of spices and cookie dough for a $30 one-time set up fee. Supply your logo file, mascot’s picture, or other imaginative display and we’ll help you create the ultimate personalized fundraising event.
2. Kick Off
After choosing your fundraising products and completing the set up form, it's time to start planning your big event. Establish and announce fundraising goals throughout your organization. State your purpose clearly and define measurable results your team can feel proud of once accomplished.
You'll receive all of your Bee Authentic Fundraising kick-off materials within 10-14 business days after completing the Fundraising Set Up Form. Kick-off materials include everything you need to conduct a successful event including: posters; announcement forms; Bee Authentic Selling Guides; Catalogs and Order Forms. A friendly, professional Fundraising Representative will also be available to assist you every step of the way - we’re happy to help!
Once you receive your materials you'll kick off your event by displaying Bee Authentic posters in visible locations throughout your community, school, church, etc. and distributing Fundraising Announcement Forms, Bee Prepared Selling Guides, Catalogs and Order Forms to your fundraising participants and sellers. From here - they'll have everything they need to start selling. Promote your Fundraiser: Spread the word! Utilize your web page, pass flyers, hang posters and send out Reminder Forms to students one week before tallying and placing your orders. Remember to make it fun. Create a buzz by promoting the Bees from Me Campaign sponsored by Heifer International. For every $1,000 sold, a beehive will be sent in your school’s name to families around the world
3. Place Your Orders
Once your event has ended and the order forms and checks for the product orders have been received and tallied, send us your final tally/order form (supplied by your Representative) and one check payment for the total LESS 40%- that’s your money to keep! Once your payment and final tally form is received we will package and label your orders for you. Our turn-around time is three weeks or less. Last minute orders or late orders? No problem! Just get in touch with your sales representative and we are happy to oblige.
4. Organize Delivery Day and Distribution
Your orders arrive pre-packaged and labeled to your specifications. Make sure your delivery day is noted on your posters and reminder notes. Special note to organizations offering cookie dough: Please remember that our cookie dough is Real. Good. Stuff. Unlike other cookie dough you may have purchased in the past, it contains no preservatives, and will arrive refrigerated. It will need to stay refrigerated or be kept cold in coolers during distribution as well as after your customers bring it home!
5. Receive Profits
Keep 40% of everything sold. With Bee Authentic, there's no waiting. Keep 40% of the total collected and make the remaining 60% payable to us for product delivery. It’s that easy!
